Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 21 July 2025
1.Overview
This policy explains when refunds may be issued.
2. Customer Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund minus £10 admin fee
- <24 hours notice: 50% refund
- On delivery day or after: No refund
3. Our Cancellations
If we cannot fulfil a booking, a full refund will be given.
4. Failed Deliveries
Failed deliveries due to access or missing permits may be non-refundable.
5. Changes to Bookings
Email support@ukskipsdirect.co.uk at least 24 hours before delivery.
6. Requesting a Refund
Email us with your order number and reason for refund.
